  • What is Bundely?

    Bundely is a free local buying and selling site for parents. You can list items in Bundles of 2 or more.

  • What can I list on Bundely?

    Bundely enables you to sell Bundles of preloved children’s items. Bundles can be in any shape or form, the only requirement for them to be listed on Bundely is that they must be suitable for primary school aged children and below. Bundles can be listed in the following categories: Accessories, Baby equipment, Bedding, Bedroom decor and furniture, Books, Clothes, Maternity clothes, Mixed Bundles, Shoes and Toys.

  • How will I know if I've been contacted regarding my ad?

    If someone contacts you using the internal messaging system, you will receive an email notification. Please ensure you have added notifications@bundely.com to your safe senders list as all important notifications regarding Bundely will be sent from this email address.

  • How do I post an item for sale?

    We’ve made the process very easy. Simply fill out the listing form which includes entering a description, price, location and uploading a photo, and within minutes your advert will be posted. See our 'how it works' page for more information.

  • Why can’t I post an individual item for sale?

    Bundely is all about ease and convenience. Often when selling children’s second-hand items individually it can be time consuming and not financially worth the time invested. Listing 2 or more items in a Bundle will enable you to rehouse items cluttering your home quickly. This makes the effort worthwhile as you will get more money for a Bundle compared to individual items.

  • How do I edit my ad?

    It's simple to make a change to your ad. Simple login, navigate to your profile (click on your profile icon) and select the 'My ads' tab. Find the ad you want to edit and click the little pencil icon. This will take you into the editing process where you can make your changes and resubmit your ad.

  • Do you allow users to pay online and have items posted?

    In short, no. Bundely is a local buying and selling site and we have no immediate plans to implement this feature.

  • How do I report something to you?

    Bundely is a friendly community, not a place for inappropriate or offensive material or content. Every ad has a ‘report this ad’ button, and we encourage anyone that believes an ad is inappropriate to contact us. Please report an ad if you think it is: Spam, Offensive, Duplicated, Fake or any other reason that you feel makes it inappropriate.

  • Why can’t I see my Featured Ad?

    Featured Ads work on a rotation. Each time the home page is loaded, 4 different Featured Ads will display. This ensures there are not too many Featured Ads displayed at one time. The whole system works on a rotation to ensure each one receives the same exposure.

  • How do I change my password if I’ve forgotten it?

    If you’ve forgotten your password simply click the ‘forgotten password’ link on the login page. You will then be asked to enter your email address, and click ‘submit’. A link will then be sent to your email address that allows you to reset your password. If you don't receive an email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder before resending.

  • Can I edit/delete a review I posted about another user?

    All reviews are final and cannot be edited at a later stage. Please can we therefore ask that you are happy with your review before you post it. Reviews should always be fair and non discriminatory.

  • Why Bundely and why not Facebook/ebay/Gumtree?

    Different horses for different courses! Some people are happy to sell on those platforms, others prefer a friendly local platform specifically tailored to children's Bundles.

  • What should I use as my Display Name?

    That's entirely up to you! Some people prefer to use their real first or full name while others like to use a more anonymous display name like MrsG1986.

  • Can I haggle?

    If the seller has specifically said that the price is negotiable then feel free to submit a fair offer. But if not, please respect the seller's wishes and only agree to buy the item if prepared to pay the full listing price.

  • How do I leave a rating/review for another user?

    There are a couple of ways to navigate to the user's profile. If you have exchanged messages with the user, you can click through to their profile there. To do this, head to your profile and then select the 'messages' tab. Click on the chat and then click on the user's profile image. This will take you to their profile. Click on the stars and it will allow you to select the number of stars for your rating and leave comments about your experience of buying from/selling to this user. The second way of finding the user is to head to https://www.bundely.com/users. This is a list of all Bundely users in alphabetical order. You can scroll through to the user, click on their profile image which will take you to their profile and then follow the same instructions as above. Please note: reviews cannot be edited once they've been posted so please read it back before posting.
